I asked freshbooks for an export csv file which included name, address, phone number I had about 250 customers when I switched to powercode. You also will not find any other (good) solution that is a one-time (flat fee) price. RadiusManager is probably your best bang for your buck. So Freeside, it's capable, but I would NOT recommend it until they get their act together. (Not to mention, it is ugly as all can be) Their VM downloads are OK, but even they had issues when I tried them about a year ago.
They need to clean up their game bigtime and come up with a simple working ISO, or installer package/script. The help files are horribly outdated, and the system is reliant on a ton of modules etc that aren't very standard. I tried and failed installing it 5 times trying to follow their guides to the letter. It also comes with no support (I am not sure if they have commercial offerings etc). I would say it is better suited to do the WISP job than RadiusManager, but it's a serious pain in the ass to configure.
Freeside will work very well, but it needs a metric-TON of work to customize to your particular operation.
